Weekdays (Sunday – Thursday) – $100 per night for 1-6 persons
Weekends (Friday & Saturday) – non event – $400 for the weekend for 1-6 persons
Weekends (Friday & Saturday) – event* – $600 for the weekend for 1-6 persons
*Event includes Penn State Football, Arts Festival, Graduation, and holidays.
Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out is 12:00 noon.
Only check or money order accepted for payment. Reservations may be made by phone or email and are confirmed with $100 deposit. If damage occurs to the lodge or its contents, or items are missing, or extensive cleaning is required, the deposit will not be returned. Full payment for lodging is due 20 days before arrival.
A 2-night minimum stay is required. State and local taxes may apply and are not included in the room rates. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates will not be changed once a reservation has been confirmed.
Cancellations / Refunds: Written or email cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, but more than 48 hours from arrival, regardless of the reason, will result in the forfeiture of one nights stay and a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival require the guest be responsible for the full rental amount unless the cabin can be re-rented. No refunds will be given for storms or inclement weather. We do not refund due to road conditions.
When you leave the lodge, please be sure all windows are locked, ceiling fan off, fireplace off, air conditioner off, lights out, any dishes/pots/pans that you used be cleaned and put away, all dirty linens and towels put on the floor, etc., leave your keys on the kitchen counter and lock the door behind you. Two keys will be provided. You will be given a code to open a lockbox that holds the keys at the lodge and the keys will be inside.
The lodge must be registered in the name of a responsible adult 21 years of age. That adult must be staying on the premises. All guests staying overnight must be registered. Please don’t leave children unsupervised in the lodge.
Smoking is not permitted inside the lodge. Campfires are permitted in the fire pit only and must be attended at all times. The Evergreen Lodge is not responsible for any accident, injury, or illness of any nature that occurs while on the property and is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest(s). By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
No pets please. There is a kennel less then ½ mile from the lodge.
